We issue a certificate of attendance to ALL students enrolled in our school
When you finished the course you were in a hurry and the administrative staff just told you that it would have taken a little bit (half an hour) to get it
Not only; we issue a personalized and detailed report filled by our teachers which contains rating and opinion on every educational field
Feel free to come at school to get it

Thank you very much for your detailed feedback. We’re delighted that you enjoyed the enthusiasm of our teachers, the afternoon workshops and activities, and especially the city tour and the time spent with other students.

Just a small clarification about the location: ALCE is not in Piazza Maggiore itself, but in the **Porta Santo Stefano area, one of Bologna’s most attractive and elegant residential neighbourhoods**, just a few steps from the Giardini Margherita and around a **10-minute walk from the Two Towers and the heart of the historic centre**. We also love the fact that there are plenty of local cafés, bars and everyday services nearby, which makes the area feel genuinely Bolognese rather than purely tourist-oriented.

Thank you as well for mentioning the morning access to the school. Feedback on practical details like this is always useful to us.
